Bluewater Retreat! Venue Home

Perfect house for a family gathering. Spacious, clean, full of things to do! Wonderful outside oasis and amazing theater! The kids were entertained the whole time!!! Kitchen is nice and big. Water pressure in the kitchen sink slowed things down a bit but we made it work! Definitely saving to my list of rentals so we can come back! Communication with property management was clear, open and easy!

Amazing house. Lots of space for a large family. We had 5 adults and 3 children pre teens and teenager. Great location. Two masters. Fabulous covered pool. Media room was so fun to watch our movies as a family. Great AC. Loved the separation of rooms for privacy. Close to everything. East Bay restaurant and Samurai Hibachi were great too. Can't say enough. Great hosts and communication was prompt. We would love to return.

The positives: Host was very helpful and excellent with communication. The pool was wonderful and had some pool toys. Also, a great location between cities. The negatives were we had to fix a ceiling fan in one bedroom because the place was 75 degrees when we got there and the fan didn’t work. Also, toaster didn’t work (middle is broken) and pans were awful to try to cook. The biggest negative to the stay was the constant pounding of hammers that sounded like they were right outside or on top of the roof all day and night until 10pm. Beautiful house but by the end of 2 nights we were ready to leave.

This house was AMAZING! It offered everything as advertised and was more than we could have asked for. We will definitely be going back.

Nice house to stay in with family or friends. Layout is great. Lots space to gather, while having your own space. Kitchen and outside grill were great to use. Pool was nice to have, it is a little smaller than pictures make it out to be. But it’s plenty of space for the 8 guests we stayed with. The theater room is a nice touch, allows for a place to chill while littles nap or on rainy days. Surround sound is awesome. We greatly enjoyed our stay, and will likely keep this on the list when we would travel back to the area.
